Jennings Lyon

As Founding Partner and CEO of LyonJay, Jennings is responsible for establishing corporate policy, developing and implementing the company’s strategic direction, and creating profitable, synergistic corporate relationships. Under Jennings’ leadership, LyonJay has built a $1 billion RE investment and development platform that spans the Southeastern US.

Jennings also serves as the President and Founding Partner of both Hudson Oak Development (a rental housing firm) and LML Construction (a multi-family/multi-use general contractor and developer) where he spearheaded the firm’s expansion across 9 states, driving annual gross contract volume to over $130M and successfully co-developed and constructed apartment and condominium complexes across the Southeast.

Jennings has strategically positioned LyonJay to take advantage of current real estate market trends as sunbelt states continue to experience rapid population growth. A former collegiate wrestler and avid golfer, father of two, and husband, Jennings still finds time to be active in his community, including serving as a board member for the City Club of Greenville.
