On Friday, Feb. 14, the Upstate Warrior Solution Spartanburg team helped Army Veteran Neina as she was released from jail that day. We assisted her with getting her ID card and applying for her social security card and proof of her number. We also connected her with the Greenville VA Clinic, and through the VA, we helped get her back on her medications for nerve damage. But, that was not all! We assisted in setting up a follow-up mental health appointment through the VA, provided clothing and toiletries, and got her into a treatment facility for drug addiction.
